At 25, Crystal leads the team with compassion, organization, and a genuine love for helping others. She has always been drawn to dentistry and quickly fell in love with the field after discovering how rewarding it is to support patients through critical moments. For her, the most fulfilling part of the job is seeing a patient come in at a low point and watching their smile transform—it’s a blessing she never takes for granted. Looking ahead, Crystal hopes to continue growing in the field by pursuing dental hygiene or transitioning into an HR role.
Outside the office, Crystal enjoys spending time with her children, listening to music, and taking long walks with her dogs. She also loves singing karaoke for fun. Her bucket list includes traveling to Europe or anywhere beyond the Americas. Autumn is her favorite season, and she feels most at peace at home with her family. Crystal enjoys Northern Mexican food, loves shows like FROM and movies like Rumble in the Bronx, and her playlists often feature Dance Gavin Dance, Zoe, Caifanes, and Limp Bizkit.
Neyda
Scheduling Coordinator
At just 21 years old, Neyda brings energy and enthusiasm to her role as Scheduling Coordinator. Drawn to the dental field out of curiosity and a desire to try something new, she quickly discovered a love for the team-based environment, the constant opportunities to learn, and the joy of interacting with adorable, talkative kids. One of her goals is to expand her skills into assisting and polishing teeth.
Outside of work, Neyda enjoys shopping, makeup, going out, and spending time with her dogs. She also loves staying active at the gym and unwinding in nature. Her bucket list includes traveling to Mexico, but she’s happiest at home surrounded by loved ones. Fall and winter are her favorite seasons, and she enjoys shows like Gilmore Girls and A Walk to Remember. Her go-to meals are Posole and Mole, and her playlists are filled with Party Next Door, Drake, Sonder, and Frank Ocean.
Jessica

Jessica is a 23-year-old Expanded Function Dental Assistant with three years of experience in the dental field. From the very beginning, she was drawn to dentistry because of her passion for helping patients improve their smiles. What she enjoys most about her work is connecting with children—whether it’s through their hugs, conversations, or simply seeing their adorable personalities shine during visits.
Eager to continue growing in her career, Jessica has set goals to learn front fillings, measure SSCs for the doctor, and earn her radiology license. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her dogs and family, cooking and baking (Posole and Mole are her favorites), and staying active at the gym.
Her bucket list includes a trip to Mexico, but she’s happiest at home surrounded by loved ones. Jessica’s favorite season is fall, her favorite color is brown, and she never misses an episode of Grey’s Anatomy or The Summer I Turned Pretty. When it comes to music, you’ll often catch her listening to Party Next Door or classic reggaeton oldies.

Sung, a 23-year-old Dental Assistant soon to turn 24, brings dedication and curiosity to her role. Originally from Hakha Chin, Myanmar, she has lived in the United States for nearly a decade and has worked in the dental field for almost three years. Inspired by her upbringing where access to dental care was limited, Sung chose this career to educate herself, her family, friends, and future children about oral health. What she values most about dentistry is being able to educate patients and empower them to take care of their smiles. Her long-term goal is to become a dental hygienist.
Outside of work, Sung enjoys watching Korean dramas and spending time with family and friends. Her bucket list includes visiting South Korea and returning to her hometown in Myanmar. She loves both fall and spring, feels at peace at the beach, and never turns down a plate of fried rice. Squid Game is her favorite show, and her playlists are filled with Taylor Swift.

Sirline is a 23-year-old Dental Assistant who brings passion and curiosity to her role every day. Drawn to the field through her personal obsession with dental hygiene, she loves helping people maintain healthy teeth and beautiful smiles. One of her long-term goals is to further her career by becoming a dental hygienist.
Outside the office, Sirline enjoys reading, watching movies, playing volleyball, and spending time in nature. Her bucket list includes traveling to new countries, discovering different cultures, and learning new languages along the way. She loves the fall season, enjoys visiting amusement parks, and you can often catch her watching The Originals or listening to SZA.
