I took my daughter for her first appt to see Dr. V, he was fantastic along with Abbey and Selena. Dr V did the the work on her teeth without putting her to sleep that another dentist wouldn’t. On top of that at the very first appt.

Update I had an unfortunate medical issue I had to have a tooth extracted it was not an easy extraction but the staff and doctors have been amazing every step of the way. I would not go anywhere else but here. I travel and hour just to be taken care of. ! Best in the field I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentist. Today was an awesome experience. I had to have 2 teeth pulled . I told her I was afraid of it hurting due to an underlying issue. But she assured me she would take her time and make sure I was numb. And comfortable. What another dentist would have completed in 15/20 min took her over an hour . Her voice was soothing she explained everything she was doing as she was doing it and she made sure I was comfortable. She went slow and I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. Hands down the most caring knowledge skilled dentist I've ever been too. I would recommend this office to everyone especially high anxiety/ children . THANK YOU!!!!

This is a great place to go! Today was my first time and they have such a fun yet professional attitude! They're friendly and kind, accepting and helpful. They even turned down the AC because I was having my hot flashes. Every single person was happy!!!!! There was even a little girl in there scared out of her mind and they handled it wonderfully. They have a playroom for the kids as well which is nice. The chairs are leather which is great because I have a dist mite allergy. I definitely recommend this dentist office.

I went in with a terrible impacted wisdom tooth infection. Worst pain of my life hands down, and I've birthed unmedicated. When I first called I spoke with Jasmine who assured me they'd get me in and take care of me. She was the reason for my first smile in days! Due to not being able to open my mouth much, the amazing dentist wrote me prescriptions to help get the infection and pain under control! A week later I got my tooth out! I even got a call the following day to check in and see how I was doing! The staff really cares and I highly recommend Kids and Adult Dental Care to any and everyone.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My boys (13 and 17) don't "like" the dentist but had no complaints here. I HATE the dentist but the staff here is amazing, kind, explained everything and provided options for all the treatments. I will actually make an appointment for myself soon. I just had my first (but not last) visit here. I had suffered 2 weeks of an exposed nerve. So despite my dentist anxiety, I called them and begged for help. They got me in quickly and the people at the front desk were polite and efficient, putting me at ease immediately. And everyone I dealt with throughout the whole appt, from x-rays to surgical extraction, were kind and even took the time to explain things to me and answer my many questions. (Yes, I said many. I am not the easiest of patients.) During the extraction, if I so much as moved my hands, they would give another shot of numbing goodness. Then when they were sure it had kicked in, they went about their work. I had a truly positive experience here. They will now be my family dentist. After relieving me of that mean old wisdom tooth, they have a fan in me for a long, long time. (I will update this after my children are seen here for the kids' experience.) They have a playroom with toys and brightly painted walls to minimize any anxieties or loss of patience for the kids while waiting. And I saw a treasure chest of small toys on my way out, which already helped me talk my kids into going soon and without tears Thank you so much Kids & Adult Dental Care!!

Absolutely love this dental office. So much so that our family is switching everyone here. After taking our 8 year old daughter else where, my husband and I wasn't impressed and decided we wanted a second opinion so we came to Kids & Adult Dental here in Franklin. Immediately we were greeted by the wonderful office staff ( which is a big deal because they set the first impression)! We then met with the staff in the back and the dentist and they were absolutely phenomenal with our daughter. You could really tell they are an amazing team and get along which definitely shows. Today she went to have her work done and not a tear was shed. She was actually smiling! We Highly recommended this dental office, not only for the kids but adults as well! Thank you to the staff and the dentist for their amazing skills, attention, understanding, professionalism and just their down to earth atmosphere . You can truly tell they all love their jobs ❤️

They got my son in right away for his broken tooth. They called him back before I could even complete paperwork. They were courteous and got his tooth out very quickly! I barely was able to pay and he was done. We finally found a new dentist. Very highly recommended!
This was my sons first dental experience. They made him feel very comfortable. Did beautiful work on his front tooth that was broke. You can’t even tell he had work done to repair it. My son also says he loves the dentist and he had a really good day that day.

My son first visit they shown me his x-rays and exact problems.. reason why I switch to this dentist for my kids our last dentist in columbus was very impatient with my son every time he cries she wanted put him out at the hospital just to pull his teeth ... That's a long story .. anyways I'm Soo happy I finally found a excellent dentist for my kids I don't have worry every time we go like I did with their last dentist.. if u want an excellent dentist go here I promise u u will NOT REGRET IT!

Two weeks ago I took my newly two year old for her first dental appointment. I was very worried about the entire thing . They were great with her ! They also got us in very quickly and she did amazing ! I had my own appointment scheduled for the following week . They scheduled my appointment for 5 pm . However, I walked in the door at 5:03 pm and they turned me away and made me reschedule . Considering their policy when asked was 10 minutes , I was upset . As moms of littles know packing up two little ones , finding a babysitter , and having to do that is not fun to do for no reason. I was very disappointed. I went into my next appointment 2 weeks later , and I did have to waita bit of time before I was seen , about 40 minutes . The girl who was doing my x Ray’s was rough and using a piece that was too big for my mouth , she’s didn’t figure that out and switch to a smaller piece until she had taken most the X-rays . However when I was finally seen the dentist was very apologetic, very kind , and very gentle with my teeth . So I have had some bad experiences and some good in two visits . Update : 10/11/21 I had my third visit today . This place has been amazing . I had the one hiccup at the beginning , however the amazing care they have given my two year daughter , and the huge difference they have made in my teeth is phenomenal! The staff has been so polite and helpful, and the dentist is amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received and even referred a family member whose excited to see the place I keep raving about ! Very pleased with the care!

I went with my four and three year old in tow so we all could get a checkup. The girls made the place so inviting for my littles and even had them fighting over who got to get their exam first. While away getting my X-rays the hygienist came and told me “you have to see this” me fearing the worst whip around to see my son sitting upside down in the dental chair while he got his dental exam lol she did both this way! Once they were done they joined me in my room while I finished up my cleaning and had to show me their new princess and Spider-Man toothbrushes! They routinely peered into my mouth with the dentist and she never missed a beat as I fought back tears of laughter. The most fun I’ve ever had at the dentist and the littles are still talking about how much they loved it! So very pleased!

A filling fell out of my FRONT tooth and I was freaking out. I called Kids and Adult Dental Care and Daletta did her magic and got me in within a few hours! I get very nervous at the dentist and Devin made me feel extremely comfortable talking to me through the steps and asking me if I’m doing okay during the process. The whole team was so nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Do you dread going to the dentist? Take it from a girl who would come up with any reason not to go, you WANT to go to Kids & Adult Dental Care in Franklin. Starting with the receptionist Daletta, she'll work with you and your schedule to get you in, and for those too busy or too nervous/anxious to make a phone call - you can text!! Then when you go in for your appointment you'll meet with Devin and the girls who are amazing at relaxing those nerves by explaining things and answering any questions you may have about your visit. And last but certainly not least Dr. Gil is amazing at what she does. I've had a root canal, several fillings, and even a tooth pulled and felt nothing during the procedures because she cares and wants to make sure you're comfortable the entire time you're in that chair. I used to be scared to go to the dentist, now I look forward to it because of the friendly staff and knowing I'm going to be taken care of!!

They explained everything up front as far as what was needed and their honest plan of action would be without scaring myself or my son! After seeing my daughter cry a lot with injections and treatment with other dentists and then to see how Dr Gill treated my daughter, my kids will never see another dentist besides her!! She kept my daughter calm throughout the ENTIRE procedure. LOVE KIDS AND ADULT DENTAL CARE!!

Update I had an unfortunate medical issue I had to have a tooth extracted it was not an easy extraction but the staff and doctors have been amazing every step of the way. I would not go anywhere else but here. I travel and hour just to be taken care of. ! Best in the field I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentist. Today was an awesome experience. I had to have 2 teeth pulled . I told her I was afraid of it hurting due to an underlying issue. But she assured me she would take her time and make sure I was numb. And comfortable. What another dentist would have completed in 15/20 min took her over an hour . Her voice was soothing she explained everything she was doing as she was doing it and she made sure I was comfortable. She went slow and I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. Hands down the most caring knowledge skilled dentist I've ever been too. I would recommend this office to everyone especially high anxiety/ children . THANK YOU!!!!

Front desk girls are so amazing, the staff as a whole are just so sweet! They are the best at making sure you are comfortable before, during and after procedures. Place is very very clean and they always play movies in the waiting area and in the back procedure area.

This is a great place to go! Today was my first time and they have such a fun yet professional attitude! They're friendly and kind, accepting and helpful. They even turned down the AC because I was having my hot flashes. Every single person was happy!!!!! There was even a little girl in there scared out of her mind and they handled it wonderfully. They have a playroom for the kids as well which is nice. The chairs are leather which is great because I have a dist mite allergy. I definitely recommend this dentist office.

I went in with a terrible impacted wisdom tooth infection. Worst pain of my life hands down, and I've birthed unmedicated. When I first called I spoke with Jasmine who assured me they'd get me in and take care of me. She was the reason for my first smile in days! Due to not being able to open my mouth much, the amazing dentist wrote me prescriptions to help get the infection and pain under control! A week later I got my tooth out! I even got a call the following day to check in and see how I was doing! The staff really cares and I highly recommend Kids and Adult Dental Care to any and everyone.

I just had my first (but not last) visit here. I had suffered 2 weeks of an exposed nerve. So despite my dentist anxiety, I called them and begged for help. They got me in quickly and the people at the front desk were polite and efficient, putting me at ease immediately. And everyone I dealt with throughout the whole appt, from x-rays to surgical extraction, were kind and even took the time to explain things to me and answer my many questions. (Yes, I said many. I am not the easiest of patients.) During the extraction, if I so much as moved my hands, they would give another shot of numbing goodness. Then when they were sure it had kicked in, they went about their work. I had a truly positive experience here. They will now be my family dentist. After relieving me of that mean old wisdom tooth, they have a fan in me for a long, long time. (I will update this after my children are seen here for the kids' experience.) They have a playroom with toys and brightly painted walls to minimize any anxieties or loss of patience for the kids while waiting. And I saw a treasure chest of small toys on my way out, which already helped me talk my kids into going soon and without tears Thank you so much Kids & Adult Dental Care!!

Absolutely love this dental office. So much so that our family is switching everyone here. After taking our 8 year old daughter else where, my husband and I wasn't impressed and decided we wanted a second opinion so we came to Kids & Adult Dental here in Franklin. Immediately we were greeted by the wonderful office staff ( which is a big deal because they set the first impression)! We then met with the staff in the back and the dentist and they were absolutely phenomenal with our daughter. You could really tell they are an amazing team and get along which definitely shows. Today she went to have her work done and not a tear was shed. She was actually smiling! We Highly recommended this dental office, not only for the kids but adults as well! Thank you to the staff and the dentist for their amazing skills, attention, understanding, professionalism and just their down to earth atmosphere . You can truly tell they all love their jobs ❤️

They got my son in right away for his broken tooth. They called him back before I could even complete paperwork. They were courteous and got his tooth out very quickly! I barely was able to pay and he was done. We finally found a new dentist. Very highly recommended!
This was my sons first dental experience. They made him feel very comfortable. Did beautiful work on his front tooth that was broke. You can’t even tell he had work done to repair it. My son also says he loves the dentist and he had a really good day that day.

That's a long story .. anyways I'm Soo happy I finally found a excellent dentist for my kids I don't have worry every time we go like I did with their last dentist.. if u want an excellent dentist go here I promise u u will NOT REGRET IT!

Two weeks ago I took my newly two year old for her first dental appointment. I was very worried about the entire thing . They were great with her ! They also got us in very quickly and she did amazing ! I had my own appointment scheduled for the following week . They scheduled my appointment for 5 pm . However, I walked in the door at 5:03 pm and they turned me away and made me reschedule . Considering their policy when asked was 10 minutes , I was upset . As moms of littles know packing up two little ones , finding a babysitter , and having to do that is not fun to do for no reason. I was very disappointed. I went into my next appointment 2 weeks later , and I did have to waita bit of time before I was seen , about 40 minutes . The girl who was doing my x Ray’s was rough and using a piece that was too big for my mouth , she’s didn’t figure that out and switch to a smaller piece until she had taken most the X-rays . However when I was finally seen the dentist was very apologetic, very kind , and very gentle with my teeth . So I have had some bad experiences and some good in two visits . Update : 10/11/21 I had my third visit today . This place has been amazing . I had the one hiccup at the beginning , however the amazing care they have given my two year daughter , and the huge difference they have made in my teeth is phenomenal! The staff has been so polite and helpful, and the dentist is amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received and even referred a family member whose excited to see the place I keep raving about ! Very pleased with the care!

I went with my four and three year old in tow so we all could get a checkup. The girls made the place so inviting for my littles and even had them fighting over who got to get their exam first. While away getting my X-rays the hygienist came and told me “you have to see this” me fearing the worst whip around to see my son sitting upside down in the dental chair while he got his dental exam lol she did both this way! Once they were done they joined me in my room while I finished up my cleaning and had to show me their new princess and Spider-Man toothbrushes! They routinely peered into my mouth with the dentist and she never missed a beat as I fought back tears of laughter. The most fun I’ve ever had at the dentist and the littles are still talking about how much they loved it! So very pleased!

A filling fell out of my FRONT tooth and I was freaking out. I called Kids and Adult Dental Care and Daletta did her magic and got me in within a few hours! I get very nervous at the dentist and Devin made me feel extremely comfortable talking to me through the steps and asking me if I’m doing okay during the process. The whole team was so nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Do you dread going to the dentist? Take it from a girl who would come up with any reason not to go, you WANT to go to Kids & Adult Dental Care in Franklin. Starting with the receptionist Daletta, she'll work with you and your schedule to get you in, and for those too busy or too nervous/anxious to make a phone call - you can text!! Then when you go in for your appointment you'll meet with Devin and the girls who are amazing at relaxing those nerves by explaining things and answering any questions you may have about your visit. And last but certainly not least Dr. Gil is amazing at what she does. I've had a root canal, several fillings, and even a tooth pulled and felt nothing during the procedures because she cares and wants to make sure you're comfortable the entire time you're in that chair. I used to be scared to go to the dentist, now I look forward to it because of the friendly staff and knowing I'm going to be taken care of!!

I love this place they do great work the are amazing with me and my kiddos they do quick work and do it right the first time my kids love to go here and my fiancee got his wisdom teeth pulled here and they let him do payments since were are a low income family it helped out a lot

My son, Ryder had his first dentist appointment here today and I absolutely LOVED it. Everyone was so nice & so welcoming! He did such an amazing job getting his crowns out on! He hasn’t stopped talking about the dentist since getting home! Also, this place was very very clean and all around just a lovely atmosphere!

First visit for my son went great! I was very impressed how easily I made the appt, how nice the staff and doctor were too! They explained everything up front as far as what was needed and their honest plan of action would be without scaring myself or my son! I greatly appreciated the easy to understand explanations and was impressed with pricing! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an honest dentist who is great with kids, to come here!!

After seeing a different dentist that was unable to complete my daughters needed treatment, we went to see Dr Gill! And it was the best decision ever. After seeing my daughter cry a lot with injections and treatment with other dentists and then to see how Dr Gill treated my daughter, my kids will never see another dentist besides her!! She kept my daughter calm throughout the ENTIRE procedure. LOVE KIDS AND ADULT DENTAL CARE!!

Amazing overall experience, they got me in quickly, to have 2 wisdom teeth removed took maybe 30 min total. All my swelling is gone just a few hrs later. Dr. Was very gentle, staff made you feel comfortable and relaxed.

My family and I are so happy to have found this office! The whole team is friendly and go above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible when we are there. I would highly recommend this dental care office for any age - Dr. Gill is the best dentist we've ever seen and is patient and caring with my 6yo and 3yo. She extracted a wisdom tooth of mine and going in I was terrified, but Dr. Gill and her team helped me stay calm and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Amazing service and outstanding care!
Myself and the kids had visits today. We have officially found our permanent dentist! Clean office , even had an area for kiddos. they got all of us fixed up in a timely manner, not to mention the staff there were incredible , very kind and even though we have neglected our dental care a bit , didnt judge us. will recommend to everyone.
